1. General Information

• Products Offered: The store offers exclusively digital educational materials (e.g. PDF and MP3 files). No physical products are sold.

2. Placing Orders and Payments

• Purchases can be made directly through the website without the need to create a user account.
• To complete a purchase, customers are only required to provide their first name, last name, and email address.
• Payments for orders are processed by Paddle, acting as the Merchant of Record (MoR).

3. Order Processing and Delivery

• Orders are processed promptly after payment has been successfully received.
• Once payment has been completed, the customer receives immediate access to download the purchased digital product.
• The download link may also be sent by email to the address provided during checkout.

4. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

1. You have the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
2. Exception: You lose your right to a refund once you download the file (PDF or MP3) to your device. In accordance with applicable law, once the download begins, the digital content is considered to have been delivered.
3. A refund within the 14-day period is available only if:
   • You have not downloaded the file, OR
   • A technical issue has occurred (e.g. the file is corrupted) and we are unable to provide you with a working version.
